Established in 1954 as Messers Daudally & Co. the firm specializes in the areas of Audit and Assurance, Taxation, Advisory, Consulting and Corporate Affairs. Since incorporation, the firm has up held a high standard of excellence in providing professional services to organizations ranging from SMEs and individual entities to large corporate enterprises.

Our firm is compliant with Quality Control Review (QCR) by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). It is also on auditors panel of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE), Pakistan Commodity Exchange Limited (PMEX), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and Sales Tax Department of FBR.

In 1967, Mr. Sirajuddin Cassim who subsequently served as President of Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited, joined firm and firm name was change to Daudally, Siraj & Co., Chartered Accountants. He retired from the firm in 1985.

Mr. Sikander Lalani, the present Managing Partner joined the firm in 1985 as a partner to lead the Audit and Assurance and Consulting Services practice. The firm was renamed Daudally, Lalani & Co. at that time.

Today, Daudally, Lalani & Co. provides a host of services in the areas of Audit and Assurance, Management Consultancy, Financial Advisory, Corporate Affairs and Taxation. In addition to our professionalism we bring to the table an entrepreneurial spirit to help build strategies and growth opportunities with a focus on the long term success of our clients.

The firm is currently managed by two partners and currently employs professional, trainee and support staff.
